For each product that is small or large in size, we have written at the top of the product description whether you should go up or down from your normal size. In addition to this, you can read reviews from our customers to find out how the tights fit.
Size guide tights
There are several different onestypes of tights, and within each category there are subcategories of tights.seamless tights,compression tights etc.
If the tights are very stretchy it is possible 2 sizes can fit, and which one you should go for will be a matter of taste.
To prevent the tights from warping out unnecessarily, you should wear them as tights.

Size guide sports bra
To find the right size, measure the circumference in two places:
1. Measure around the fullest part of the chest
2. Measure below the chest, at the waist

If you do not have a measuring tape easily available, it is also possible to find the right size if you know what bra size you usually have.
Bra size A
If you usually have the size 65A - 70 A you are a size XS.
Bra size B
If you usually have the size 70 B - 75B you are a size S.
Bra size C
If you usually have the size 75C - 80C you are a size M.
Bra size D
If you usually have the size 80D - 85 D you are a size L.
Bra size E
If you usually have the size 90E - 95E you are a size XL.
